Sari Klein
Sari Klein is the Principal of Acrobat Recruiting. Twenty-seven years in the recruiting arena prompted Sari to collect and assess her knowledge and experience and create an entity which operates effectively in a sometimes challenging market environment.
As a recruiter, she is enlisted by companies both large and small to find ideal employees for specific positions. Her passion is matching the ideal candidate with the position. She takes company culture, candidate abilities, both client and candidate needs and opportunity into account when conducting a job search. She has spent close to three decades dealing with candidates and her clients rely on her to send them only those most appropriate.
She has dealt with searches in the areas of office support, sales, marketing, production management, IT, not for profits, high quality consumer goods, manufacturing and a wide variety of other fields. While the specifics of what is needed for each position vary, there are basic principles that guide most hires.
Sari’s background includes a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a Masters Degree in Education from National Louis University in Evanston. A dedicated foodie, gardener, voracious reader and avid traveler, Sari also has spent many years in a variety of community activities including development of the Women’s Brigade of the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces.
